Denials by Peter

Bible 1
Now Peter was sitting outside in the courtyard, A slave girl came to him and said, ‘You were also with Jesus – the Galilean. But he denied it in front of them all, ‘I don’t know what you are talking about.’
Bible 2
The a little later someone else saw him and said, ‘You are one of them too.’
But Peter said, ‘Man, I am not.’
Bible 3
After about an hour, still another insisted, ‘Certainly, this man was with Him for he too is a Galilean.’

Peter said, ‘Man, I do not know what you are talking about.’
Bible 6
Then Jesus turned and looked straight at Peter. Then Peter remembered the word of the Lord, ‘Before the rooster crows today you will have denied me three times.’

Then Peter went outside and cried bitterly.

When it was early in the morning, all the Chief Priests and the elders of the people plotted against Jesus to execute Him.

They tied Him up and led Him away to Pilate the Governor.

Now when Judas, who had betrayed Him, saw that Jesus had been condemned he regretted what he had done and returned the 30 silver coins to the Chief Priests and elders saying, ‘I have sinned by betraying innocent blood.’

But they said, ‘What is that to us? You take care of it yourself.’
Bible 12
So Judas threw the silver coins into the Temple and left.

He went out and hanged himself.

The Chief Priests took the silver and said, …

‘It is not lawful to put this into the Temple treasury as it is blood money.
Bible 16
After consulting together they bought the Potter’s field with it, as a burial place for foreigners.
